Mission Statement

Ukraine Dollars is a humanitarian initiative dedicated to supporting the brave medical teams of Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières) in Ukraine. Our mission is to raise critical funding for battlefield triage and emergency care provided to seriously wounded soldiers and volunteers on the front lines. In the chaos of war, these doctors deliver life-saving interventions with limited resources, and our role is to help bridge that gap through direct donor support.

Donations collected through Ukraine Dollars go toward essential medical supplies used in field trauma care. These include tourniquets, wound dressings, surgical kits, IV bags, morphine, and portable defibrillators. In many cases, these items are the only tools available to save lives when traditional hospitals are out of reach. By funding these materials, donors empower medical teams to stabilize injuries and give patients a fighting chance at survival.

Beyond emergency medicine, Doctors Without Borders also supports those displaced or deeply affected by the conflict. Contributions help provide food, clean water, clothing, shelter, and ground transport to reach remote or besieged areas. Many wounded individuals are not only fighting for their lives but also coping with the trauma of losing homes, families, and communities.

Doctors Without Borders is a globally respected medical organization with a long history of operating in war zones, disaster areas, and underserved regions. Their presence in Ukraine brings both immediate relief and a sense of hope.
